To develop the Big Ten Experience in Rosemont, Ill., we worked closely with the collegiate athletics conference to create a space that told its brand story. That meant figuring out how to serve up a library’s worth of facts, histories, alumni testimonials, student-athlete stories and more in ways that would really connect with visitors.
